Blend of 8 and 18 month old ale carefully matured in oak casks. Refreshingly sour and fruity taste with hints of apples, raisins and a long, dry acidic finish. Brewed in honour of Mary of Burgundy, daughter of Charles the Bold – Duke of Burgundy. By marrying Archduke Maximilian of Austria (in doing so snubbing the son King Louis XI of France) she brought peace to the region. However, she died tragically after being thrown from a horse while falconing, hence the falcon on the label.

We currently offer both a local delivery service and a nationwide shipping option. Local delivery is available for addresses within a 5-mile radius of WF8 1AQ, with the fee depending on distance and calculated at checkout. For customers outside this area, we offer nationwide shipping options. We use a next day liquid service to ensure rapid delivery, employing robust and secure packaging to safeguard your products. Orders placed before 1pm are usually handed over to the courier the same day for delivery on the next working day.
