Porterhouse – Around the Clock
A mash bill of seven different malts complimented by seven separate hop additions, was brewed continuously over the space of 24 hours. A whole day’s brewing resulted in an immense concentration of malt flavours. The resulting beer has matured in freshly emptied bourbon and sherry casks from the Dingle whiskey distillery. The outcome is a rich smooth dark Imperial Stout unlike anything else.
