Northern Monk – The Fool

Taking inspiration from the traditional Fruit Fool dessert, Northern Monk have joined forces with Bristol’s Left Handed Giant to create a unique fruited IPA. To authentically capture the essence of a Fool’s dessert, they’ve used strawberries, gooseberries, and blackberries – fruits commonly found in the classic dish.
