Northern Monk – The Daily Mash

Remember 2022? What a year! It was a year of a slap at the Oscars, a hat trick of PMs, the country igniting itself in 40C heat! It really was a year. As the roaring 20s turn more into a continuous scream, Northern Monk have teamed up with Daily Mash for this 2022 souvenir 5.1% pale ale. Made with Ekuanot and Mosaic hops, this light gold pale is hazy, like our memories of Liz Truss as Prime Minister, with a medium body. Flavours and aromas of ripe lemon and orange with notes of tropical fruit, with a balanced bitter end. Fruity, moreish and smooth, the exact opposite of 2022 itself.
