Leffe 9 has the highest ABV out of all the Leffe beers so is best drunk slowly and is ideal after dinner. It has a deep golden colour and is best served in a chalice. In 2015, it was awarded a Gold Medal at the World Beer Awards for the category – World’s Best Belgian Style Strong Pale Ale. It was also awarded a gold medal at the World Beer Awards 2017 for the category “World’s Best Belgian Style Strong”.

The Abbaye de Leffe brewery is located in the small town of Dinant, Belgium, and is famous for its iconic Leffe beer. Founded in 1152 as a monastery, the brewery has a long and rich history that spans over eight centuries. Today, the brewery combines traditional brewing methods with modern technology to produce high-quality Belgian beers, including the popular Leffe Blonde, Brown, and Tripel. The brewery also features a museum and tasting room where visitors can learn about the history and brewing process of these iconic beers.
