Created through a collaboration between the famous brewing company Estrella Damm and El Bulli’s former sommelier team, Estrella Damm Inedit is the first beer designed specifically to accompany and compliment food. Born from a conviction that beer could be paired with top quality cuisine, Indeit has revolutionised common perception, and is completely unique in concept. A unique coupage of barley malt and wheat, Estrella Damm Inedit counts coriander, orange peel and liquorice amongst its multi-faceted flavour nuances. Creamy and soft in texture, with an elegant spiciness and delicate carbonation, the length of this beer – like a fine wine – is long, balanced and complex. Highly versatile as a food partner, Inedit is best served in a wine at a chilled temperature.

Delivery Information
We currently offer both a local delivery service and a nationwide shipping option. Local delivery is available for addresses within a 5-mile radius of WF8 1AQ, with the fee depending on distance and calculated at checkout. For customers outside this area, we offer nationwide shipping options. We use a next day liquid service to ensure rapid delivery, employing robust and secure packaging to safeguard your products. Orders placed before 1pm are usually handed over to the courier the same day for delivery on the next working day. However, whilst most deliveries should arrive the next working day, this cannot be guaranteed as delays can occur within the courier network that are beyond our control.
