Ayinger – Altbairisch Dunkel Unfiltriert
£2.75
When Johann Liebhard started brewing and serving his own beer on February 2nd, 1878, dark beer was by far the predominant beer style in the Munich area. To remember their great-grandfather, Ayinger decided to celebrate the occasion of the breweries 140th anniversary with a special beer. Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel unfiltriert (or JubilΓ€umsbier, jubilee beer, for friends) is brewed from five types of malt, using the traditional double fermentation process. With its warm aroma and malty taste they honour 140 years of tradition and taste.
