Hidden away behind the Black Bull in Coniston is the Coniston Brewing Company, where Bluebird Bitter is made. Brewed using the pure waters of the Coniston hills, the finest Challenger hops and wonderfully roasted pale and crystal malts. The Coniston Brewing Company use all their skill and instinctive know-how to create what must be described as the finest fully matured cask conditioned Ales.
